I strongly advise everyone to keep their distance from this business. Our experience was quite negative, and we ended up losing some cash.

Here's the whole deal: my wife's engagement ring is a size 4.5, so we decided to order a wedding band in size 4.75 from gwbands to give a little extra wiggle room. When the ring showed up, she couldn't even get it on her finger; it was way too tight. gwbands does offer a one-time free resizing, but we checked out three different local shops in our area, and they all confirmed her size as 4.5, or 4.75 if she wanted it a tad loose. Because of this, we were puzzled about how gwbands measures their rings and didn't want to risk ordering another one from them, so we opted to return it. Consequently, they hit us with a 15% restocking fee, which is pretty steep considering the rings aren't exactly cheap.

My advice? Stay away from this site; they might send you the wrong size and take your money, which feels pretty scammy. The prices aren't much better than local shops, and you usually get free resizing at many of those places, unlike with gwbands. So, they definitely get a 1-star rating from me and a heads-up to future customers.
